Available Positions
Part-time, Monday through Friday during after-school hours (1:30 – 6 p.m.). Additional
hours may be available during school breaks, summer programming, or special events.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County is seeking dependable, energetic, and caring individuals to join our team as Youth Development Professionals. This position is responsible for providing a safe, positive, and engaging environment for youth while supporting educational, recreational,
and character-building programs during after-school hours.
Monday-Friday, 12:30-4:30pm
Safely transport Club members from schools to Club sites. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, and must possess a CDL with passenger endorsement.
